Agent experience (AX) researcher and software developer. Spent 12+ years making complex systems legible to humans, currently researching the other side and how agents process info from the web. Got a zig-zag CV crammed with service work, from organizing library shelves to organizing closets, with plenty of restaurant shifts in between. Turns out all of it taught me how to actually talk to humans (and robots), which comes in handy when strategizing for an agent-friendly web. Currently building testing infrastructure to measure agent retrieval behavior across major LLM platforms.
